At KURO Cookware, we are committed to providing premium, hand-crafted cookware that supports healthier cooking and lasts a lifetime.

We recommend using our cookware for at least 14 days to fully experience its performance and non-stick properties. This recommendation is optional and does not affect your statutory rights.

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this time, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using your original payment method.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Change of Mind)

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for customers who wish to return their product due to a change of mind.

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery
  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, defective, or not as described (e.g. dented, damaged handle, coating issues), you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer laws, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Refund

25-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every KURO pan is backed by our 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear from everyday cooking (minor cosmetic marks, patina)
  • Damage from misuse, overheating, dishwasher damage where hand-wash is advised, or accidents
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance

The warranty is in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping & Delivery

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.
If your order is delayed, lost, or not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and you do not notify us within 24 hours, we may not be able to update the order.
In such cases, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
